Christian Eriksen Set to Leave Manchester United This Summer

 

Christian Eriksen’s time at Manchester United is coming to an end, with the Danish midfielder expected to leave once his contract expires this summer.

In a recent interview, Eriksen admitted that he has not been in talks with the club about an extension. “I haven’t heard anything, so I assume my time here is coming to an end,” he said.

The 32-year-old joined United on a free transfer in 2022 and has made nearly 100 appearances in all competitions. However, his role has diminished this season, with limited starts under the new management.

With no renewal discussions taking place, Eriksen is preparing for a fresh start elsewhere. “I’ll see what opportunities come my way and make a decision from there,” he added.

As the season draws to a close, Eriksen’s departure will mark the end of his stint at Old Trafford, where he played a key role in midfield over the past few years.
